What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a parts clerk in a dealership or in a similar field
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Customer service & sales skills, with the ability to assist clients effectively.
• Bilingualism: ability to communicate in both French and English with customers and suppliers.
• Comfortable with technology and computerized inventory systems.
• Physical ability: able to lift between 25 and 50 lbs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist and advise internal and external customers with their parts and accessory needs.
• Process and manage parts orders, including special requests and follow-ups with clients or service advisors.
• Receive, ship, and store parts efficiently to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Keep accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and insurance estimates.
• Ensure the availability of seasonal parts and those required for recalls or promotions.
• Stay up to date on new and updated manufacturer products.
