Automobile Damage Appraiser / Estimator

The Centre de Collision Ile-Perrot, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for an Automobile Damage Appraiser / Estimator to join its team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess damage on accident vehicles to determine necessary repairs
• Prepare damage estimates, repair orders, and cost estimates for customers and insurance companies
• Plan repair work based on priorities and established timelines
• Monitor estimates, execution timelines, and costs for each repair
• Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups
• Oversee vehicle repairs in coordination with supervisors to ensure timely delivery
• Assist the team with other tasks as needed based on operational requirements

Profile & Qualifications

• Experience in automotive damage estimation or a similar role
• Ability to communicate in French and English (client communications)
• Strong knowledge of damage evaluation processes and automotive repairs
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Positive attitude
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Knowledge of automotive damage estimation software (Audatex, Mitchell, etc.)
